Byrin's Challenges

Post by B_Man »

Sweet! I'm going to love this section :D

Alright, so a bit about my game...

I'm a big shuffle, guilttless player. I have a strong clipper game and have been working on improving my toe game lately. I can't string too much right now seeings how the lighting in my basement atm is terrible (so no string challenges until I can get that fixed please).

My biggest tricks include:

EDIT - Big tricks don't matter, and I'm going to stop basing my skill around them.

If you are going to challenge me, please make it constructive. Currently I'm going to be on a break for a few days but when I get back my first priority is on toe sets, linking toe tricks, steppings sets, string diversity and string length.

I'll make another post at another time where my strong / weak points are. Thanks :)

I want you to hit:

Legbeater > Ripwalk > Sidewalk > Blur > Smear (rpt)
Whirlwind rake
Fusion > pdx mirage (rpt)
Fusion > barroque
Pixie Paradon > Blurriest > Ripwalk > Blur (rpt)

Those would be cool man.

Fusion > Pdx Mirage doesn't repeat.

Byrin, hit Toe Drifter > Pdx Drifter > PS Whirl > Spinning Whirl > Stepping ss Legover.

Holy fuck.

Jeremy Merkin's combo is indeed a tough one, but I think I could do it.

Tom, your drill would be hard as hell, especially right now seeings how my weakside double downs aren't there. I definitely want to hit it though.

Jeremy O'Wheel, your second combo is definitely within my grasp! The other two would be extremely difficult.

James, I'll give that a go tonite! You have to hit my challenge though (Symp Mirage > Atom Smasher > rpt)!!

Ryan, a good combo indeed! Once my double downs come back, it should be hittable.

Chris. Those are quite the combos  . They will need a lot of work - the second - last combo would need A LOT of work! Haha! I'll give it a go when my stepping sets are working for me as good as they were before.

Kevin, that'll be something I'll hit during one of our next sessions. In the meantime, I'd need to drill Drifters and Whirls a bit more.

Jared, the closest combo I could probably hit out of all of those would probably Blurriest > Pdx Torque but even that would take me a long time to hit.

Sheesh. What's up with these crazy fearless combos?

Pdx Drifter > Spinning Osis > rpt

Barfly > Swirl - both sides. Repeat if you can.

Osis > Twirl > Twirl
