My best for 5km was under 17 minutes (I'm not sure of the exact time) - so that's between 3 and 4 minutes per K. Obviously I could run a single km or mile faster.

Oh - but actually I was running 5km 5 days of the week and had a 6 hour touch football training on another day at the time when I was getting those times so I'm probably heaps slower now.

my 1600 meter time average (a little bit longer than a mile, maybe a 10 second difference.)

is 5:52

i was in track, but now im not going to be, need time to shred. soccer is enough sports for one year.

so my mile time is around 5:42

6:24 back in middle school heh. I had a time of 6:26 which could have been faster if I didn't need to stop to tie my shoe.

Oh I should have thought about that! - My last 1500m time that I remember (in 2000 - before I was doing lots of hard training) was 4:48 I think - that was definitly my best running event although I came second in it every year at school. I remember being pretty keen to go under 5 minutes that day.

Back in freshman year (5 years ago, wow), i ran 6:13 or something...

Not bad. I could probably go quicker now, but i don't know.
