Abshire Bag from Freedom...

Post by JFootbagger »

Has anyone bought an Abshire from Freedom? I'm thinkin' about gettin' one and who not best than our beloved FreedomFootbag people! (or Richie...dunno how to contact him though.) Anyways, are their Abshire bags as good as other bags that Richie has stitched? Because I know he has changed his stitching methods a couple times. How about the break in? Size? Color Combinations?

Probably order some J Bag's this X-mas too :D
I never kicked with an Abshire before, and I've heard excellent things about them, so I thought it'd try 'em out. (don't think I'm ready for Richie's $100 ones though! 8O )

Yeah, I bought one very recently. It came in about four days ago, or so, so the break-in process is just being started. However, despite it not being broken in, it's still very playable. I have a feeling this is going to be a really, really sweet bag.

Come to SJFF and you can kick with it. ;) </shameless promotion>

I ordered an abshire from monster hack. It's green and yellow, and I am really liking it. It's broken in and plays great. I love it.

On Freedom, how do you choose the color combinations?

Actually, Daryl shot me an e-mail and asked me what color combo I'd like of the few he had.

How come Freedom doesn't offer the New Abshire Mini's? I don't know if I should get an Abshire or an Abshire Mini? I'm a tiltless player who has practically all my 2's on bothsides. Should I just start off with an Abshire first?

Side Note: I sent Daryl an e-mail about his abshire's 2 days ago...He hasn't yet replied :( Then again, I may just be impatient

Could I even just order from you Richie? If so? How can I contact you (e-mail?) and how much would you sell me a bag for? (I'm not ready for your $100 ones though yet, but I bet they'd be like gifts from God :D ).? If you're not taking any orders, I'll just order from Freedom (though I wish I'd get an idea of what the color combo's are) :P

hey jfootbagger, get a mini instead of a regular and u will not regret it. Im probably at the same level as u and i use a mini and its helped my game shitloads, i never use my floppy sand footbag again.
Mini's are heavier, softer and smaller and easier to control. Regulars are light, slightly bigger and has a slightly slower downtime coz of its size. I kicked with both and mini wins it.

All right, Thanks Jas! I'll tell Richie that as soon as he replies back to my e-mail. Darly still hasn't replied to me either, he must be busy.
