Indeed. It lacks your trademark clunky, inchoate grasp of English, your abnormally poor orthography skills, and your utterly pedestrian and often puerile ability to put words together (or to be blunt, you have the poetic grace of a 10 pound bag of potatoes).

Oh yeah, and I still meant weed.

I wrote this one right now!

Modified is a really cool forum
It has a great sense of decorum.
Everybody respects everybody
And nobody does anything shoddy.

Occasionally things go astray,
But Optimus Prime says:
"That's not the way -
Respect Ken's fez!"

Hopefully with that in mind
We'll all be nice and kind,
Not act like a silly dill,
Just enjoy the forum and chill!

Ok, I wrote a poem in english as I promised.
It's a Haiku poem, but I wasn't sure about the syllables of some words, so there can be mistakes.

Into deep, smooth shred
Butterfly is willing to
like a silent frog

oh bugger  Now I need to make a real one.

Jeremy, are you reading Harry Potters? Seems to have a great influence in you. 8)

Harry Potter? The little wizard kid who fights some evil person who killed his parents? I've read a few of the books a while ago - not really a fan though.

I was more inspired by the looming flame war than by anything else. I'm not a very good poet but I can find rhyming words ok.

It's a poetry battle!

Damon, Damon, Damon
There aint no game on!
The Right supports the rich,
And leaves the poor in a ditch!

The Left is all about equality
And living standards of quality!
Protecting the trees
To keep the future pleased.

Money isn't really real
What counts is the deal
A few can own the world
Or we all can!

I have an illustration for this poem somewhere...

I once had a dumb-dog named Spot.
He got into trouble a whole lot.
One day he fought a cat,
But it was much too fat,
And spot was eaten by what he'd sought.

minute to minute
i'm sitting here in it
how much slower can the second hand go?
I don't know...
I go to leave but the clock says no
sit back down
and pick up the phone when it rings
so you get a paycheck to pay for the things
that keep you living and breathing
so don't even think about leaving...
chill it, kiddo, learn to count backwards from 7 hours

and get used to it.
it's like this every day.

I swear. There is NO WAY I'm going to work a real job for the rest of my life. This pro legballer thing better work out. or music or something. because this 9-5 is nonsense.

Dude, Ken! That's a good haiku!

Ken is da man, but
I really should be sleeping
like a baby now.

bugger... I can't never make a good haiku...
Well that's better than my last one  I'll give it a third shot next week...

Here's something I wrote awhile ago;

The sun begins its inevitable set at 4pm on an arid north western Texas day.
A seemingly lone cyote trots crisply on a small plateau next to a sharp cliff of red, sunbaked rocks.
Like the cliff, he is sedentary.

He continues he motion of back and forth, trotting, trotting, trotting. Stop. Turn. Trotting, trotting, trotting. Stop.

All the while two vultures circle the hot air over the plateau ominously. Two portended vultures.

The gentle noise of the air rolling over each individual rock and pushing the sand is interupted sharply by the emphatic, despotic crack of a bullet exiting a rifle.

The cyote stops trotting, stumbles on four weak legs, and falls to the musty red dirt of a Texas foothill below him. His pain is ephemeral, his life trancated.

Eternally the cyote is done trotting.

The hot sun begins to bake the dead cyotes flesh. His fur red from the blood of his wound and the rust clay that he had walked upon his entire life.

The cyote is now rotting, rotting, rotting.

The sun continues its decsent, never to rise again.

U is for Unknown (and new)

You and I are "in love".
(What is love?)
U walked in when I was working...
(U are beautiful.)
You leaned forward wanting to see more
than the long lost look on my face.
(U make me feel alive.)
U said u would come back tomorrow.
(I hope U do.)

You and I got in to a fight...
(of words and of feelings.)
I know I was right.
(You won't see my reasons.)

I left you alone, upstairs.
I know that you would
cut off all your hair
(military style)
before you ever admitted defeat.
Or at least - retreat.

You sit in your chair
thinking that I was attacking you.
I simply could not comprimise myself further.
(For You could be U -
and U could be anyone.)

I don't want to spend
the rest of my life
in the sights of your gun.
