Two Pdx adds in one trick?

Talk about your big add moves and concepts in here.

Well, is it possible?!?!?!

Yes.

X-spin? It needs two full spins. Where do you see two full spins in Nuclear Inspinning Pdx Mirage?
Yeah. If I remember right the X-dex and X-spin conversations that were here on modified about half year ago, there was said that Inspin gets ALWAYS X-dex (Ingyro doesn't) and more than 720 degree spins gets X-spin.

How Inspin can get X-dex? Spins and Dexes are totally different concepts! WTF?

Yeah. WTF?!
The names don't matter (and adds don't matter...). It just gets X-dex because it can't get Pdx or X-spin or anything like that...
Yeah, I know. Feels Odd.

Yeah... well that makes Inspinning Clipper 4 adder while Spinning Clipper is 3 adder wich makes sense. Just the x-dex doesn't make sense here...

OK, if that means Inspinning is a two add concept? Is this official? I don't think so...

Anssi - this is IMPOSIBLE!

Jeremy - Nuclear Inspinning OS(or Far - I can't think about that like about Paradox :P) Mirage DOESN'T get an x-spin ... Why do you think that it does?

let me say this once again. forget x-dex, x-spin and all that stuff.
Atom smasher is 3 add, sumo 4, inspinning clip 3add and inspinning osis definately 4 add and that's how it's going to be in shred 30 in Finland unless IFPA changes the official rules of footbag freestyle.

Hey Tuukka... I will not forgot about x-dex and x-spin because I don't want. I think that this is good stuff, not because I can hit many moves which with x-dex and x-spin have more adds... I can hit maybe a few... Fuck the adds... But we need some justice in juding shred...

And if in Helsinki x-dex and x-spin will be not considered in counting shred then I think that this will be some crap of shit.

Spin can't recive X-DEX because it isn't dex...

And I doubt that for fact that this is inspinning you recive some additional add.

That what you're talking about isn't true, and haven't any sense. An I'm sure about that.

Inspinning doesn't get x-dex!

This is getting nowhere...

We are talking about adds
and - fuck adds.

Do you think Spinning Clipper and Inspinning Clipper are equal?
It doesn't mean anything how the components are called. I don't give a shit if we'd call it X-crap, but somehow it has to be called.

first off. ptaku - inspinning doesnt get x-dex.....it gets x-spin. this isn't a new concept. this was brought about with the very first draft of xdex and xspin by eric wulff oh so many years ago when it was proposed.

secondly, yes, x-spin does get another add. this was used at worlds. if the fins don't wanna use it, so be it, but i'm 90% sure it was used at worlds. (i'm not sure about IFPA rulebook, but if they accepted xdex i would assume they accepted the xspin as well.)

tuukka, i thought the IFPA did change the official rules to allow xdex and xspin in 2002....where did you hear they didn't?

okay my bad.. I don't know if it has been changed, couldn't find it anywhere though. If x-dex is in the IFPA rulebook then it's official. No can do. And then it will be used in every Worlds or should be at least.

I don't really like x-dex, but I'm not the one who chooses whether we use it or not, so maybe I just have to live it.
but now this thread has gone totally offtopic, so sorry about that.

Just to be clear on what I'm talking about first - I'll describe the move off a particular set.

Stall on your RIGHT FOOT clipper. Do a nuke set - dex with your RIGHT FOOT. Once the dex is done spin counter clockwise - so the bag goes back the way it came. Spin so that the bag goes across the front of you, behind you and then all the across your front again. Do a mirage with your LEFT FOOT. Stall with your RIGHT FOOT.

So clearly the spin involves the bag having to go around your front, then back, then front again - or if you like - 720 degrees. When this happens in footbag it's called inspinning and any kind of spinning that involves the bag having to pass across more than the back and front once - recieves and x-spin add because it has an extra spin. I can't speak for what Finland and Poland do - but I know for a fact that x-spin was used at this years worlds and I'm pretty sure it's been in use since 2002. x-dex has been in use at worlds since 2002 so I presume x-spin is - they were brought up at the same time and I never noticed much opposition to x-spin.

That's why I think that Nuclear inspinning mirage does get an x-spin add and in any shred 30 comp where I'm add counting - I'll give it one!!! :P

Well, I see in this move only 360 degrees. What's wrong with me?!

Some kind of learning disability maybe? Is the reason you only see the move as 360 degrees because you never get beyond that number before deciding to go ride bikes. If so you can get prescribed speed from the doctor!! Otherwise it sounds like something worse :( :(

Best of luck!

I only see 360 degrees in that move too . . . sign me up for the short bus.

540 degrees at best, and certainly not 720.

Are you sure that X dex and X spin, was used at worlds, or at least in shred 30, because the scores on the site add perfectly without any X rules???????????

aehmm...jeremy, you said nuke set, dex, spin counterclockwise, but I think you mean clockwise, as this is front-back-front.
If I imagine what you said, it is clear, that you face the same direction, you did when starting to spin, so, maybe you can't measure angles :
that is clearly 360 degrees.
