Ok it looks like the encoding thing is the biggest issue facing this wonderful creation at the moment so I would like to offer a solution.
Perhaps instead of cole being sent all the videos, someone with video editing experiance and a little time could be sent them. He/she could then combine all the videos (for each devision) into one video with the name of the player at the bottom of the particular section of the video (I dont know if this is easy to do or not but ive seen it done plenty of times).
This would mean there are only 3 videos to re-encode into mpeg/wmv/avi/rm or whatever is needed and would save some bias from people that vote without being able to watch all the videos or bothering to watch them all, as they would all be in 1.
Only problem is there would have to be a willing commited volunteer with time and video editing experiance...
Your thoughts?
Video encodeing idea.

I've thought of this idea before.....
It's not a bad one at all, and I in fact would be willing to do this if it seems like the most logical fix.
But, at the moment it seems like the number of people having trouble watching the videos is a very small minority.
I'm going to go post a poll on this topic now so we can see exactly how many people are unable to watch the vids.
