I did a few "air pixie sets" today with my slippers to see how my calves felt.

No pain!

Now I'm faced with this decision - shred today or let them rest for one more day?

Haha, I'm glad you asked Henry! Many a time has my name been mispronounced, only to be followed up by laughter from my fellow classmates...

For my first name, it sounds like "Bye - rin", or rhymes with "my gin (the my with by and the gin with rin)" sort of thing. As for my last name, you have to remember waaay back to Looney Tunes. Remember Wile E. Coyote? Yup, that's how it's pronounced (though not how it's spellt obviously) - so it rhymes with stylie.

Byrin My Gin Stylie Wylie Coyote

I use B - Man because it's easier to say and remember :wink:

Smiley Riele and stylie Wylie shyly but surely shred slylie while lively slurping shreddies. :lol:

Aaaaaaaaanywho, I followed Henry's advice because he's so cool 8) . I kicked for about 90 minutes, going really easy on my left leg. It's not 100% and I think I should give it a 2 more days.

Nothing really noteworthy came out of it, except...

2/2 on Fog on my strong side (then 3rd attempt I dropped).
I had Pdx Ripwalk off my foot, but it feels really iffy. It isn't so much a plant as it is a "touch then sliiiide into a clipper". *shrugs*

Umm... Pixie Muted Clipper > Rev. Swirl. That felt real stylie. Will do it more often :D

But yeah, a few more days with stretches and lots of rest. That's my plan. That is indeed my plan...

I'm going to see how my leg feels tomorrow after school. If it's good, then it'll be the first day of my new footbag regime.

Basically I'm going to cut back on computer useage and replace it with footbag. I'm doing this for two reasons: 1) My father gets mad at me whenever I'm online and he is expecting calls and 2) I feel as though the progress I'm making is footbag could be better then what it is currently.

Right now, it seems like I'm always off and on from injury so I'm going to start playing smarter as well. That includes getting plenty of rest, eating well, drinking water, more stretching, and using cold packs more often for my muscles. For those days that I don't shred, I want to start strengthening my abs, obs and lower back using stretches and weight lifting.

Wish me luck!

EDIT - I'll post about it in more precise detail tomorrow.

No offense to Nasty Nate, but I don`t think he`s better than Vasek.

And no offense to Jeremy, but you`re color-blind.

Haha!! AWESOME!! Because my monitor is messed up, the colours on Jeremy's chart appear to be black, maroon, green, and black (respectively from left to right) so I was a bit baffled - then I was even more baffled when Jeremy had two lines equal blue on the legend.

Wait...

8)

Now I see it!!

Anyways, a short update before I go make supper - my left leg still hurts, though not as badly, and I reinjured the tendon just below my right knee yesterday from doing so many attempts atDouble Blender, though I did end up hitting it twice overall. I guess I went over the edge today by hitting Tapping Torque, though it didn't take me a long time to do. It's just too much weight and "spunk" on that leg that forced me to end today's session due to the pain.

So, here I am once again faced with more days of rest ahead of me. I'm so bad like this :lol:

just in my defence - I couldn't be bothered extrapolating out the graphs - so if you continue with lines you will see that by the time Vasek has been playing for as along as Nate - he is heaps better (sorry Nate but it's true!)

Also regarding the colours - They look pretty good to me - maybe I am colour blind? :?

edit: It sucks that you're injured again!! Maybe you're pushing yourself too hard?

I don't know about the chart, but take a looky at the legend you made Jeremy:
black = normal person
blue = Nate Linscott
red = Byrin Wylie
blue = Vasek Klouda
Maybe that's where everyone was running away in panic from?
