Drifter

Post by Jeremy »

When hitting drifter - do you set the bag straight up - or do you set it across your body.

Is it ok to set the bag on an angle for some moves?

When i have hit it i set it a bit xbdy. But i think that maybe due to lack of skooling of the move.

I always try to set them straight up and usually do if it is near the begining of a combo, but when i'm already ten or more tricks into a string they start getting pitched at an angle.

As straight as possible. On a side note, I don't know of a single trick that looks better when not set straight up. Do you know how incredible it would be if someone could have lines where the bag only traveled up and down in a completely straight line? The goal should be to move your body to adjust to the set, not move the set in order to adjust to your body.
