Fourkast review
SPOILER
I just got Fourkast in the mail today. It took 3 business days to arrive!! I was very impressed. On the downside my case is half-shattered and the disc skips (I couldn't watch any of Noah's section or Allan's section (and various other clips here and there).
Ricky and Lon BUST. The end of Ricky's first section is combo after combo after combo of fearless moves. It was really really impressive, especially considering Ricky is probably my favourite player now -- it was great to see footage of him and Lon right after. Lon had some nasty reverse whirl runs. Really really cool.
RED WAS BUSTING!!! Red and Justin both hit a beast at the end of their sections. Red's was shooting butterfly > blurry torque > mullet, Justin's was shooting butterfly > blurry dada > I forget what the last move was, actually. I thought the dada was the, but whatever. Red had some SICK runs. One I remember was, like, blurry whirl > blur > phoenix [repeat] with mobius beesauce same run. He also had a run with blurriest > scorpion's tail beesauce. I was terribly impressed with his bothsidedness. This was basically the first real footage I'd seen of Red, since, like, 99??? Aside from a few clips here and there.
The music was pretty good. I was super happy when I heard Lon's routine song from 2000(?) Worlds. I heard it starting up and I knew it would be so perfect. It's like Ryan's song from Worlds 99 -- it's so him. Unfortunately it didn't really turn out that way. It was a bit too slow for how hard Lon was busting. I've never seen Lon that sweaty before. It was nice to hear the song, though.
My biggest complaint is that as much as I love long videos (80 minutes!!!!!), it seemed to drag on. I think it was the fact that the players' sections were split up and it was really confusing as to what was happening. I really dig the structured players sections and they are scattered a bit more in this video (Jim has 3 sections, but they are not all back to back. It's confusing.) The chapter selection is hard to navigate, too, so that doesn't help. I'm sure I will like it more once I am more familiar with the content. I just wanted to watch the Ricky footage before I went to school but found it difficult to skip to it.
That's about it. It's a good video and I can't wait to see more Red, Ricky and Lon footage (and hopefully see Noah's and Allan's sections eventually...)

EDIT 2: I managed to see part of Noah's section. ALPINE FLOG! Predator both sides. Food processor beesauce. ALPINE HAZE. Fog beesauce and flog same run. Matador beesauce. Good stuff! Oh yeah, and Red also has a run with bedwetter and fog both beesauce and probably mobius beesauce same run...
