Im so glad I reached page 4! Ive had to read ken's comment atop page 3 for about three weeks or so and it was getting to me

Anyway, about tonight:

had some great moments:
-janiwalker both sides at least 5 times
-fury on both sides 3 times each
-barraging ss mirage (2nd time, much easier this time however)
-Fury BSOS (these were my emotions:

)
-mobius (strong) 2 times

Thanks for giving my blog some views

Tonight, nothing special was hit. I guess I didnt really have a plan for the shred and it was kind of late, but here's what went down:

-60 infinities (new record)
-1 flip smog
-1 flip pigbeater
-1 flip fury
-1 flip toe whirling rake
-a couple pdx blenders, strong side only
-highstepping legover>pixie butterdrop
-1 toe whirling swirl
-zulu clipper>zulu clipper

I felt sluggish, tired, and even asked my gf not to atch b/c i felt no motivation. Better luck next time.

at the 2nd so cal jam I hit:

-my 2nd dbl blender (unsealed)
-highstepping ss mirage (crispy triage)
-janiwalker bsos again
-a sweet run including: symp whirl, symp bubba, ps mirage, symp dlo, symple drifter, symp mirage, and a dropped attempt at symple vortex

Im too tired to write an account of the jam's events, but I was thankful that I was able to see so many of my friends in one place. It was a blessing really. On another note, I want to thank Ted for extending my girlfriend and I the offer to spend the night at his cabin in the Angeles National Forest, which by the way is at 6300 feet, and is super awesome. I really appreciate the hospitality you and Carolyn showed us. Maybe one day, we'll return the favor.

Last night I had another session. Im taking it quite easy though, not even attempting the things in my challenges thread- they're a ways off still. Nonetheless, I did hit some neat stuff yesterday.

I hit my first backside assasin, sealed with a toe whirl (yay)
I hit my first (or second?) fume on my third attempt.
Then I hit fairy illusion too.
Lastly, I attempted backside spikehammer for about 15 minutes but couldnt hit it; didnt get too close either. Its damn hard to do the stepping set high without planting the dexing leg; I gotta improve that. Much porps to hacksterbator for being so good at that shit.

Oh, and I hit a very fluky flip food processor; i dont even really consider it hit b/c i couldnt tell if it was clean or not. Anyway, it is/was/ might have been my first.

I had a really great session tonight, not so much because of what I hit, but because of the company. My gf played with me for an entire "me" session, which lasted approx 2 hours. A "me" session is a session that runs the length of the normal solo sessions that i have- she was able to keep up with me which was fun. Also, I was really proud of her for attempting her first 2>2 combo for about 45 minutes non-stop!

Her highlights were:
-ATW>toe>toe
-flip pixie>toe>toe
-strong pixie> something
-flip pixie>strong ATW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (her first 2>2)
-flip pixie>ATW> toe
-flip pixie>ATW> toe>toe>handcatch
-mirage rolled off her toe on two diff occasions . . . . sooo close, she's been waiting to hit that move for the last 5 sessions or so, and in each one she gets a bit closer.

my highlights:
-bubbabeater>toe drifter>repeat
-blurry whirl>blurriest
-blurrier>ps whirl
-blurrier>ps whirl>ps whirl (new 555)
-fog>legbeater
-rubberman on two diff occasions
-4 unique 5s in 1 run, which lasted approx 15-20 contacts
-janiwalker bsos 1 time, including flip janiwalker out of a pixie butterfly, for the 1st time.

Fun session that just ended, about 2 hrs for me, 1 for gf.

I hit some good stuff:
-whirling swirl>rev swirl!!! felt so good to STICK the whirlng swirl

-fog>pixie paradon>ps whirl!!!!!!!!! (new 5>5>5) In fact, i had never even hit the first 2 move combo, but when I did, i tacked on a ps whirl. SUPAH BOMB

-ps whirl>blur (4 times this session, only on flip ps whirl side too!)

-8O PS WHIRL> BLURRY WHIRL (both flipside tricks)

-a run with bubbabeater>smear BSOS

-smear>pixie legover>smear>pixie legover>smear>pixie legover>smear

For Mirken's birthday I got him an aiwa boombox to supplement his footbag sessions. We had about a half an hour before we had to get ready for dinner with his parents, so we decided to have short session to try out the new boombox. Mirken said the only other present that I could give him to make his birthday complete was hitting my first mirage...

His highlights:

ps whirl>blur (both sides!)
blurry whirl>flip bubbabeater
ps whirl>ps whirl>spinning clipper (this was his first spin out of ps whirl)

My highlights:

pixie BSOS
MIRAGE! (sealed with toe stall, and I called Moxie right away as promised)
I also had flip pixie>mirage roll off my toe, so I'll be working on that combo next.

I have a bad sickness. I think I am on the recovery slope, but im not too sure. Over the last 4 days, my symptoms have been:
-sore throat
-deep chest cough
-phlegm
-limb and core weakness
-lack of appetite
-head congestion
-skewed middle ear pressure
-fever
-slight episode of chills
-nightsweats

Despite the aforementioned symptoms, I braved a short, simple session this evening. I was able to hit whirling swirl on my flip side 1 time, sealed, and about 4 times unsealed, 0 times bsos. I hit several strong side symp whirling swirls which was nice. I didnt even attempt anything hard. My "best" combo was an attempt at blur>dimwalk. On the up and up, Jackbag started to school her flip mirage, which was exciting. I think it may only take her a few sessions before she hits it rather than the 8 weeks or so it took her to hit her strong side mirage.

As I continue to get over the plague, I continue my shredgimen (i.e., shred regimen). Today I hit:

-whirling swirl>symp whirl
-symp whirl x3 (dropped 4th)
-ps whirl>pdx egg (almost bsos)
-phoenix bsos (my first)
-whirling swirl BSOS (on my way to 5 in 1 session)
-strong mobius approx 10 times (most ever in 1 session)
-somewhat close to first flip mobius
-30 attempts at flip superfly, 1 rolled off
-blurry whirl>pdx blender
-strong mobius>barfly 1st time)

quite the sick sick session!
