i have ducking down fine i hardly ever mess my ducks up, the problem seems to be my timeing, when i do ducking butterfly i duck then move right away for the butterfly, but for ducking mirage i kinda got to wait till the bags down closer to my knees, i always have the bag hit my thy of my dexing leg.... any help?

Just keep drilling it. It seems like you are waiting till you see the bag come down from your duck before you start moving into your mirage. I guess the more you do it the more you can assume the duck is clean and you can start moving into the mirage before you actually see the bag on the downtime.

Doing dexes after ducks took me a while to get the hang of. After a while you just get a feel for it, be sure to keep your duck close to your neck. Spot the bag as soon as you can so you can do your mirage easier. I always have my foot in the air for the mirage before I see the bag coming down, this will make the mirage easier.

Though it's always best to practice ducking mirages with trying to do a ducking mirage, I skool some dexing moves (...after ducking) with a set from hand.
The motion is kinda same in both of them.
