I had a fantastic solo session tonight.

I hit:

-Phoenix both sides (maybe 2nd time ever flipside)

-Vortex both sides (first time flip)

-Mobius both sides (first time flip)

-Gyro DLO both sides (first time for both)

-Pixie ss DLO strong side

-Pixie ducking whirl strong side (not sure if this was clean but I hit it maybe 3rd or 4th try regardless)

I recommend eating chocolate sometime before a session. It's all about the energy.

Yes I think it was Jorden that described the set as a springy symp whirling first dex quickly followed by a quantum type dex. When I started the bag was too far under or behind me. Now I've hit it cleanly in front of me several times.

Def. a cool move.
I still can't hit a regular downtime flurry on that side.

Actually, I find Symp Flurry easier to almost hit than flurry.

I can't hit either...but i find my symp flurry attempts are consistently closer than regular flurry.

Isn't Downtime Backside Toe Blur and Original bs Toe Blur the same thing? I think you meant to say 'Crispy' instead of 'Original'.

A fit of violent emotion, such as anger or panic. - so it's like "angry city" although I think it has like evil connatations as well - so maybe "Wicked city" would be more accurate?

I think the move name comes from the comic - "Rick O'Shay and Hipshot" (I'm not sure if that's the correct title but something similar) - which is set in "Conniption City" - although I'm just guessing because that's the only place where I've come across the name (other than in footbag)...
