plan on being free that weekend because its now deffinately happening (at the very least) January 2nd. i just havnt put up official dates cause im still trying to get the ballroom at the hotel to make it a 2 day event. i would also like to officially announce the attendance of one of our guests, coming all the way from FINLAND! stoooooone coooooold FELIX ZENGER!

I dunno, dont think anyone else is going though. Eli is coming back from Poland soon, has school.. Caro i cant speak for.

Sebastien is injure in the knee, and I dont know if Yax plays any more. I havent seen him since worlds, or shortly thereafter.

He was one of my favorite players to watch , and one of my favorite players as a person, I hope he still enjoys kicking, he was so very hopeful of footbag at one time. So here's the info i've gathered so far. If anyone has anymore info or more accurate info, please post and i'll change it.

- Dates are Sunday Jan. 2nd at the Levy Tennis Pavilion
and hopefully Saterday Jan. 1st - Location TBA

- It's in Philadelphia

- There is a host hotel - more info soon

- Time the event starts and ends at the Pavilion = ??? - 11PM i think

- As of now it looks like everyone is in favor of a CP Beanie.

- shred 30, and possible big 3, or some other events such as "the quickening"

- Felix Zenger is a confirmed attendee

Hey all,

So I'm starting to get all excited about this here event. I just need to know where I'm staying. The bidding should start at free and comfy, and then it can work itself up from there. I like dogs, but don't necessarily need one around. I don't know where I'm going with this, but it's bump theory and an update would be appreciated. Pre-emptive props to Josh B.

We're driving to Philly on Friday (Dec.31), and I'm wondering if anyone has crash space for me and Caro. Nick and James are coming with us, too, but they planned on staying at the hotel, unless someone has room for us all. A padded surface (i.e. couch) is a plus, but I'll take what I can get. PM or email me.

I'm expecting 3-5 of us from rochester to go down and split a hotel room. we'll most certainly have some floor space available for po'-ass shredders who can't afford to throw down much cash.

has the offical tournament article of clothing been decided upon yet? my vote still goes for an embroidered toque.

The Hilton Inn at Penn (walking distance from the tourny)
Rooms are available for friday, saturday, and sunday night at the discounted price of $119 USD (steep, i know, but its a 4-star

)
These rates will be available until December 19th, just mention "Philly-footworks block rate."
