Odd Lavers

Post by LittleBoy footbag »

They're out or discontinued or something but is that the mesh stuff? This isn't even modded but it looks hot:

It's weird but then again.... I HAVE only seen the leather lavers and this isn't what those look like...

Would one need to mod this shoe or is it already good?

It is a good shoe already. But if you want to be a superhero, you have to mod it. I found www.hoodshouse.com very informative.

Here's a picture of them modded.

Wait, no they're not ... they're just laced in a modified way, no cutting done.

Thanks for the info guys. BTW, what would you reccomend as lavers? There's some that have canvas uppers, leather uppers and all that options crap. I don't want to be throwing away 40-60 dollars on something that I think is the right onw but turns out later on that it's not....

Get mesh or leathers, I heard canvas sucks. If you do get leathers you should definitely cut off the leather on the inside and toe. This leaves a very good mesh, even better then normal mesh lavers

My only problem with the Leather Lavers, and modding them, is that I like to wear my Lavers around, not just for kicking. Sometimes I even try to keep them looking clean. With this in mind, I do not want a pair of Lavers that looks like its been all torn up. I prefer sneakers with the INNER lining cut out, rather than with the OUTER surface removed. Cut off the leather of the leather lavers and it's impossible to hide because you've done extensive modification to the outside of the shoe. Cut out the canvas from the mesh Lavers and nobody knows it missing. Your only problem then is the funny opened toe and the strange lacing.

well lon wears leathers that he cut the nleather out of, and they seemed to look pretty good. i think it all depends on how you do them.
