Hey all, total n00b here...I've just started getting into the footbag, I'll be getting a Mr. Sandbag soon (recommendation from a friend) I hope to eventually get good at the old shredding, anyway..I just thought I'd say hi and hopefully I'll be able to get some good tips and meet some cool people here.

you will be able to find anything you want to know about footbaging on this site but it mite take sometime to find it.

Word. Just look around the forum. They got everything here. The guys here are cool and will help you. Hey, don't hesitate to start your own blog. I want to see a couple months from now how fast you improved. I think thou shalt liketh that too..
