The continual struggle

Post by Blue_turnip »

At the moment im working really hard on my technique while Dan coaches me. This is because im moving to Singapore and I have to be really good so I can teach others. What im working on at the moment:

-Clippers and insides, catching in the right spot, keeping the catch high
- Dan is telling me not to do whirls in runs yet but he helped me with the technique abit yesterday
- Butterflys. I am trying to get Ales' technique with this move and Dan says that my toe set is Ales like, but my infinities are shockers.
- Soft landings. I am very stompy but i try to get good and land on the ball of my feet
- I have this problem with mirages, I tend to sort of "rake" the bag back up into the air, but its getting better as i am working on higher toe delays

Thats all

This blog should be renamed "the very occasional struggle." :? Unless of course, the current title refers to Ollie`s difficulties in typing. :P

Edit: I just noticed that Ollie has another footblog. :?
