Hello fellow shredders.
I'm new to this sport, only like 2 mths, im getting better, just getting the basics down.
But i just got one question. on many web sites i see them claiming that these multipanel bags with any where from 5 to 100 panels, they claim the more the better, Yet i see the pros using only like 2-4 panel bags. I'm considering buying the Mr Sandman any comments on that?

There are basically two types of bags that everyone uses. The first is a 32-panel facile hand-stitched bag. Anything with more than 32 panels is not worth it. The more the better is definitely not the case. The second bag that people use is the Mr. Sandman.

The Mr. Sandman is a very good bag to start out with -- I'm sure a majority of people here started with one. Plus, they are relatively inexpensive compared to 32 panel bags.

P.S. You should come to Chicago at the end of December. There will be a bunch of freestylers there. http://www.footbag.org/events/show/1095953949

Relatively cheaper? Man, a sandbag's 6 dollars. Abshires, LOnns, Carols, Jbags, Felix bags, James Hermey Bags, they're AT LEAST $25. Good investment Sandbag is... choose that...

ya. If ur not up for spending $30+, then get the sandman. Everyone owns at least one, if not then has played with them. Plus you don't have to worry about breaking it in either.

Right he is. The material they use on the sandman is just as soft as one of those white t-shirts. so no break-in is necessary compared to Faciles. Those take a while to break in. For a newbie, that's not so good.
