Uneven breaking in Mini abshire

i got my abshire two days ago and ive been breaking it in but its not breaking in even only one panel is not really puffed out no more what should i do ? do you think i busted a thread?

You might have rushed the breakin. The second option is that one part of the bag is breaking in faster than the rest of the bag. This can happen when the bag is new and someone lands on it and applies too much pressure to one side of the bag. Either way I can fix it. Just let me know.Richie
