Only one month away and there is nothing at all posted on the event listing! WE WANT INFORMATION. Contests? Entry fees? Hotel Info (I know it's posted above, but make it official)? Locations and Directions? Schedule? Players parties? Beanies? 1st Day venue??

Thanks,
Ellis Piltz

Actually to be honest I don`t think I would go for just a one day event, its too much hassle. Is there nothing open at all the 1st?

haha are you serious nick? its not like nobodys gonna be there on the first day whether its official or not. i will be there, felix will be there, steve will be there, amongst others im sure. worst case scenario we have a bunch of footbaggers hanging out and partying in a hotel.

to omni: im almost sure we'll be able to, this happens at every other host hotel, i just cant put it as an official venue, because its not. technically the hotel could straight up say "no, you cant do this here"..though ive never seen this happen.

Updates on first day venue: Bob Riefer reccomended me to try this one gym in philly that he found, they're open for a significant ammount of time on new years day, im supposed to hear from the manager tomorrow afternoon. Mike Hansen has also told me an acquaintance of his runs a martial arts studio in philly...so we'll see where that goes also.

Hey Josh,

Are there going to be people showing up before Jan 1 that are planning on partying for new years eve?

it'd be rad to celebrate with shredders.

Thanks

Well Josh, once you're as old and bitter as I am, you'll understand better.

Im down for shredding at the hotel, I just want to make sure that something is confirmed before I haul my ass. Chilly Philly excites me, but not Philly. I don't feel like spending a day there for no reason. I'd rather visit (Redneck accent) "Treih-ehn"

And the Montreal crew is leaving the 31st, I believe. I'd have to contact Eli to confirm.

EDIT: Confirmed ok im going, so are alot of other montrealers.

OH MY GOD I just read through the whole thread. My socks are officially blown off ( with anticipation and GLEE )!!

Felix? WV Crew? Montreal Shizzazzle? Ontario Razzle Dazzle? My feet quiver in delight!

Enter complication...I am currently in Vancouver. I will be in Kingston, Ontario for holidays from Dec 24 - Jan 4. Is there anyone passing through / departing from ole Limey, that I may strap my body to a spare bumper or hitch up my Radio Flyer?

Cheers to Josh B, whom I have not met, but seems like a cool dude bursting with organizational GUSTO! Props, good sir!

Greg!

The Ontarians are working on renting a van or something to get down there you should get in on our plans! I know you asked earlier if I would be in Kingston around then and I forgot to reply. I won't be in kingston but I am sure we could incorporate you.

To everyone: wouldn't it be fun if a ton of us showed up for new years eve and we had a big footbag style party?

I'm definitely coming for Saturday shred and I'm dragging Jake Milofsky along with me.

It looks like I'll be shredding by 2005 as well.
