i thinks so. i dont live in paris, but a friend was in holidays in paris and one of them took a cam with him, so one day. as they were filming some buildings, suddenly a "stealer" came and grabbed the cam..!! (the cam was in hands of the filming guy. and the stealer just took it with him)
so its a bit dangerous..
