With spinning tricks you must remember to set the bag straight. And don't try to start spin and set the bag at the same moment. Then you must turn your head with your arms to the direction of spin, and the rest of body will folow them. When you're learning spins you should set the bag to head-high - you will have more time, and I think that spins look better with set on head high (if you'll set it higher then it will lok sloppy).
Ah... And when youre setting from clipper - keep your arms toward sides, and after set move them close to your body, you will have more speed and dynamic in your spins.

But maybe someone with better english and better spins will write better tips in better form.

spinning takes some time... set the bag straight, keep ur arms to ur body during spinning, and spin your head as a balarena would do, to keep from dizzyness and to spot the bag, after u set ur head should be the first to spin, spot the bag, then do what ever u want... once u got the basic Cliper>spin>cliper youll be suprized at how easy a spinning butterfly is. Just keep at it and watch some slowmo videos of ppl JUST SPINNING not spinning swirl or what ever just a spinning cliper. and LOOK at the footwork, or even just practice it your self and get your footwork down. I dont shred with many ppl so i dont know if every one is the same, but i know that learning flipside spins i noticed my footwork and how i did it. and to be onest its a hard thing to explane. every one probley has there own metionds. Also try to do spinds out of CLIPERS they are much MUCH easyer to learn spins with, or even better try doing infity>spinning toe/cliper infity gives u a kinda *wind up* befor your spin and makes it easyer. try to set the bag pretty high too if u cant spin fast enogh, they will get fast. when i start spinning mny glasses would FLY of every time id try a sirues spin. but now since i got it down pretty good i can do spins with glass on and they wont go flying... now if im in the middle of shred and am fully consentrated they will go on a flight. :) just practice. youll get it guys :)

ps there is a tread for this all ready i belive....
pss this is the wrong part of the fourm for this topic, should be in "trick tips"

Practice spinning like this:
Spinning clip > ss clip > rpt (only on side)
Spinning clip > op clip > rpt (both sides)

And for not getting dizzy, learn to spot the bag as quick as possible. It takes some time, but don't panic.

All it takes is practice. If you have tried it once and didnt get it then go do it again. I took me about 2 days to get it down from my toes. Then once I had the gist of it I got it on clippers and insides. Its a really cool thing to do. Great crowd pleaser.
Practice Practice (both sides mind you)
