Aargh! I can't believe that no one else from Michigan is coming out for this. I think I'll probably stay home because some friends from out of state are in town and I'd have to drive myself out there. That doesn't sound like fun considering how the roads are out here and the fact that I have no sence of direction. I get lost in my subdivision. :( [/rant]

Serriously, if you live in Michigan and decide to go to this event let me know! ASAP

Hey guys living around Chicago, how are you guys getting to McCormick Place? I live in the suburbs, about 45 min to an hour away, and me and my friends aren't sure how to get there. Last year, we had a ride but this year, we're thinking of taking the train. Any suggestions other than the train on how to get there? Thanks!

Yea, heres how I am planning to get there.

Take the Blue Line downtown, then once in the loop transfer onto the red line. Take the Red Line to Cermark/Chinatown. Get off there. Walk towards a bus stop that says 21 Cermark East. The 21 Cermark East will take you straight to McCormick Place doors.

I'd advise walking west to find that bus stop, because the projects are east of the train stop.

I think that's the right way to get there, if you get lost .... it's not my fault :D

GOOD LUCK!
