Um - I didn't use all those I don't think - they're just in the list - and for some that I did use - I only used a tiny bit. Usually I make more than one version of each shred cd I make - I've only done the one version of shred 6 so I'll probably do some more versions before I move on. I should keep track of what I use in each cd better.

I think it's a remix by Paul Oakenfold. When the artist of a song is written as Whoever V Somebody - that tends to mean the second person has remixed the first persons track considerably. Or at least that's what I've always assumed it meant - nobody has ever told me otherwise.

It starts out slow and powerful for warm up then progress to a faster, more energetic pace for shred with a bit of heavy stuff in there. The last two songs are really mellow and good for the warm down.
