Ankles
My feet point to the ground pretty much at a 45 degree angle. Can anyone help with this, i need to know what streches to do, to help my ankles become stronger and more "vasek" like.
Thx

lol. good one.
About your ankles: I would guess that trying to get them paralell to the ground is what you are talking about. The easiest (not that it really is...) way is to put your foot in the inside stall position and GENLTY press it into the ground. That will start to strech it out some. Don't overdo it though... It may end up hurting more than helping. Take it slow.
A good time to do that is in the classroom or in lines. Or to help with clippers, do the same thing, except behind you. It's going to point moreto the opposite foot, but that's ok. Just keep pressing it against the ground.
Also, I'd say keep this as a footblog (to keep track of your progress). It's a new idea and I think it would be cool. That wat, when you look back here, it will be like "Wow... Those were the good ole' times..." or something like that.
