spinning ducking

Ok, this one just came to me, and I must know if anyone's tried it and who's hit it, else it's a challange for all. Can ducking and spinning be combined into one motion? I'm picturing a weird backbendnding ducking wherein you face the bag the whole time (a fun advantage, I think). I know ducking and spinning have been connected in sequence before, but I reiterate, this is to be one motion. Thoughts?

Miles Kelly from RCS has hit "following" (that's what we have been calling it, anyway...) mirage before. It's super styley! I believe it's also in a RCS video which you can find on the site in the link in my signature.

Yea, it's the one appropriately titled "RCS".

Has anyone else hit that though?

Edit: Erm... The title is actually "Just a Taste" and it's at 1:40

Edit 2: Actually it's funny because Ricky does a lot of regular spinning ducking in the video.

Rock on, RCS gang; that was right on the money. I'm glad people are hitting wicked stuff like that, even if it means I'm not original. Not that I could have claimed much, having only thought of it without really hitting it (yet!).
Props to you too, Max.

I like 'following'; what would you call that trick done with the spin motion counter to the bag's travel direction? crisscross or some such?

P.S. I have some family in Seattle and totally need to visit them sometime, so I'll look you kids up for shredding when I do.

Umm, I'm not sure precisely what that means. (I know, I ought to go look it up on my own... I will. After.) I meant like if the bag goes in one direction while the ducking face spins in the other direction, rather than both rotating around a common axis like in the video. (edit- I know you already know what I mean, but for clarity, I need to mention that, rather, the two motions would still be on the same axis of rotation, but the direction of rotation would be different. I.e. their respective torque vectors would point in opposite directions, y'see.
