Okay, i've done this before, though the result is really low afterwards. BUT...

Who has, and what has, been hit out of nova set (believe its called jauntomic?)?

I think I could hit nova same mirage. I'm sure someone has hit that. What else?

Symp. quantum (wonton) fairy set, like floating with the second dex reversed.

I have only heard of butterfly being hit out of it. Op mirage would be really cool.

Technically I believe it would be wonton atomic set.

yeah, I like to think of it as fairy because it starts on that toe and if you removed the wonton set it'd just be a fairy.

Hey, I footed a nova same mirage.

The set was so awesomely clean!!! I know I can hit this move. It was off my foot like 3 or 4 times!

I'll post it whenever I get a video. I'll try tonight (yes, another one of those "i'll give it a try"...but at least I can foot this one.)

didnt know that the set is called nova nowadays. i used to call it wontomic. i personally have hit legover, mirage and butterfly out of it, on one side only. i would also like to know what other moves have been hit out of the toeshooting set. dlo anyone??? i tried pixie juantomic the other day, but got nowhere near it. however, i think the pixie fs toeblizzarding set is still a doable 3dex set.

and if you want to call it a wonton fairy set you would also call atomsmasher atomic pixie, not atomic mirage ... and how stupid does that sound

If you do not take into account from where the downtime component is set, you should rename terrage and others. It will be important in some instances that the move done is NOT a DLO but an Original Pixie Legover.

I believe the Berlin crew refere to Toe > Same In >> Same In > Op Toe as Pixie Pixie.

Refering to moves after a set is problematic since:
One could argue that an AtomSmasher is an Atomic Pixie because of the original set or one could argue that it is an Atomic Mirage since the Mirage is defined as an Mirage by being done after an Opposite Side component, which will result in problems once discussing Paradox and Blurry.

If the subject continues, can this thread please be split?

I dislike using pixie as a trick name.

I have never heard someone say they nailed a spinning.

Can't say that I have heard someone hit a gyro, or an atomic, or a sliding either.

Using pixie as a trick seems just as dumb to me as the above.

Pixie is a concept. Pixie is a set. I can do a pixie set, and catch it on the same toe I set it from, and it's still a pixie set. I can do a pixie set and catch it on the oppositet toe, and it's still a pixie set.

I think it is a huge misunderstanding of the pixie concept to use it to refer to anything after the peak of the bag . . .

Nova was symposium double legover, I thought... (and even then it doesn't seem like too many people call it that, but I could be wrong in those regards) Please don't obfuscate footbag terminology anymore than it already is by calling this "nova" set, Chris.
