footbag = fun?

Post by Matt »

Ok i just went outside and played and i did all of this good stuff

hit and sealed flip spinning clipper, flip gyro mirage, and flip merkon.

hit and sealed diving clipper>gyro mirage BOTH SIDES
hit and sealed diving clipper>merkon FLIPSIDE

... I figured out how to do the sunset spike (for net and takraw). Also i may be getting to the point where i can jump to spike and not have to land on my feet... that will take time though (i cant practice in the grass - its still too wet)

I was really down on footbag during the end of the winter. Now i realized the fun in it again I PLAY SO MUCH BETTER OUTSIDE THAN INSIDE.

oh yeah and i took a NASTY spill trying flip gyro whirl. I fell backwards like 20 feet (i was playing on a decline)

Actually it's remarkable - shouldn't that thread have been deleted during
the big mass deletion?

Oh, and Jones: Ever tried pushups without using your hands? Tough too.
