Re: Injury?
What kinda break was it? Clean through? Overlapping? Multiple spots? Either way, I'd think that'd take you out for quite some period of time. When did it happen? I broke my collarbone to the point where it was overlapping for 4 inches two years ago, freaking sucked. Hope you heal quickly.crazygeminirider wrote:hey everyone, i thought lets make a thread about injury to give/or get help.

Wow, that's horrible! From what I've heard the collar bone is the most painful bone to break, do you think it's true?crazygeminirider wrote:i broke my collar bone and i am having Very bad back pains, to a point where it is hard to walk...anyone ever have this situation..and help would be gratefully appreciated.
Best wishes for a healthy and fast recovery,

knees: i worked for the forest service last summer and my knees have never been the same. i've done tons of stretches to open the hips because open hips equal open knees. i've taken tons of glucosamine which is a joint and cartilidge strengthening supplement, and drinken tons of water to lubricate my knees, but they still hurt all the time. I've stopped doing whirls for the most part and barrages because of it. any more advise?
