Best Filler?

I was thinking about what the best filler is and created this topic to find out what fillers you guys consider to be best/worst.

I like the filler Abshire uses in his minis cuz he uses a mixture of small lead and plastic balls and neither of those will ever hurt your footbag. I also like Carol's fillers.

I don't like bags that are filled with rocks since they destroy bags in no time and you are made to pay 35+ bucks again.

I like a sand mixed with bb's mix. It gives it a cool feeling and I like heavy bags.

I think lead's bad. but that's just me and my paranoid health-concerned thinking......however, I do think that small glass beads and Super Sam nuimber 7 steel sho tis the best hands down as metal filler

I have no idea what Felix Zenger puts in his bags but I like those the best of all so far. I mean abshire bags are magical and can work for me but there's just something about felix bags that makes the tongue of my lavers salivate. Is it sand? Is it really small bead-like material? I don't know. But Pat likes it. He wants one. Won't get one for a while though. Awww
