It might be an aggravated growth plate. I've had them before. It kind of hurts around the back and sides of your heels, and if you put pressure on it, it really hurts. I just outgrew mine.

If you don't already, try lacing up your shoes. When I walked around with my shoes unlaced, my heels bothered me pretty bad.

I get them all the time....just ice it and wrap it up and prop it up. IT WILL GO AWAY SHORTLY. No worries.

Heh, that happened to me the other day. I was busy transfering my Dr. Scholl's arc support insoles from my regular shoes to my soccer cleats when my brother starts talking to me.
I put the left insole in but since my brother distracted me i forgot to put in the right one. Well I started juggling and kicking my soccer ball outside and I kept stopping because my right foot was hurting a lot.
So I went inside and slipped off my cleats and realized that I had forgotten to put one of the insoles in.

Do you have flat feet? I do and I sometimes get foot pain because of them. Maybe your flat arcs are causing your heel pain. I think I'm going to invest in SuperFeet Blue insoles, they look like they support feet very well.

Are you shoes worn out, causing you to slam your ankle into the back of the shoe ?

Punch ur heels repeatedly so that they hurt more. Then when you walk, the pain won't feel as bad.

Umm, but seriously, do you have other shoes? Walk around in a dif pair that doesn't hurt you and play in your lavers. By doing that you also extend the life of them.

pretty cool, it snowed here and i learnd fast that snow and lavers arent cool, slush and lavers just dont go good. so i put on my old emarica skateing shoes. walked around for all day in them and most this day. and then i put lavers to went and shred and when i was in the middle of resting during a kick i relized i had not as much heel pain. so that was all i needed to do, walk around in a different pair of shoes for a little.
