about 2 weeks ago i broke my leg skateboarding. and now im out for at least 2 months becuse i can shred. and the only thing i wanna do is shred badly. just sitting in my room i find myself watching my old videos a bunch. and i washed all of my bags just so that they would be clean and good to play with by the time i get back. it sucks.
I was wondering what else has kept you guys from playing when you really want to.

Hurting my knee about a month and a half ago. Had a knee on knee collision with a friend. I couldn't walk for a day, and when I went to the doctors they just said that it'll be better in a week, nothing serious. Yet it still hurt to walk on for another two weeks, and I still get pain when I put moderate pressure on it. I'm going to attempt footbag soon. The only thing I've been able to do that fed my need for footbag is simple barefoot stuff (hit a bunch of new pixie moves like smudge while doing it
), and even just doing that I had to stop after ten minutes.
That's tough. Im injured for ages now, I had big problems with my calf
which would hurt like shit, and no doctor could tell me what was going on.
I've had several specialists examine it. Then, 2 months ago I twisted my
flipside ankle so hard that I still feel pain sometimes, and I can't crank
my ankle at all. So it'll be at least a month or more before I can start
playing again, which adds up to a total of 3-4 months without playing.
My advice: Find some other activity you're good at and go for it. Since I
twisted that ankle, I've started playing much more guitar again (especially
since I finally bought a badass flamenco guitar *bragbrag*), and it's a
good way of keeping me distracted.
