I know I submitted this topic, but I would still like to comment. Ryan, that is a really nice shred video. Your shred seems so relaxed, like you are just shredding to kill time or meditate. Then, every now and then you burst out with a spinning blender or ducking somethingorother.

P.S. I love the hair.

Your style is incredible, I am so glad to see your far legovers, they are looking as good as ever.

The shuffle parts of your runs are so exciting and dramatic relative to the slow and controlled spinny ducky stuff.

I thought Nasty Nate was the spinning and ducking guy, I'll call you Randy Ryan.

I am sorry I don't remember more of the individual things you did, they were all impressive.

Ooh your deeduperfly was sick.
