Play Net

Post by Senor Grommet »

This is the thread for freestylers to ltalk about their net experiences, or lack thereof.

1: I competed in novice net at Western regionals 2002. I got second place. It was veery fun but I was sore as heck the next day.

2: Ive watched a lot of net matches. I think they are most fun when the players are at the same level, preferrably top level. However, it is also fun to watch two average/amateur players because funny things often happen.

I like net and I wish more freestylers played net too.
My name: Jeremy Mirken, AKA Chocolatey Shatner, AKA jerk enemy rim.

same here, net is so fun! It gives a more competetive side to footbag compared to freestyle. I wish I could convince more people to play around here, but they are all stuck in that "I suck so I wont even try, once, cause I suck" stage.

People can be fucking lazy sometimes

Me and my friend John played some footbag net this summer.. lots of fun. I want to compete sometime, and definitely would like to beable to play more often.

Always enjoy watching a good net match.

Hey James (Habitat)

You have Vancouver in the summer, and Oakland in May...

Beats living in Edmonton, where you cant play net outside 10 months of the year and those 2 months you can are mosquito madness (fuckin stupid bugs) and the nearest tourney is a million miles away.

Oh well, guess ill have to freestyle ;(
