Dustin is much better now

Right so I'm not that good yet or anything... I can hit pretty much any 2 add both sides, and as for three's I can hit butterfly, osis, ducking clipper, symp mirage, pixie legover, and swirl, but pixie legover and swirl are really hard for me... and I can hit 1 4, dimwalk, but again really hard...

PIXIE OSIS!!! and then PIXIE SAME SIDE OSIS first try!

as for drills? I don't know many heh. um. How about consecutive ss mirages. I suck at these but they make any tiltless string look cool if you can control them. Or how about drilling infinities. I'm on those now and I'm getting okay at them. Fun stuff and they'll help when you start thinking about stringing more 3-adds to your combos.

I'll deffenatly try the pixie osis, and the ss osis next session, and I think I can probably hit them... but um... what's an infinty, I tried looking on footbag.org and flipsider, but I couldn't find them. But yeh mirages deffenatly look sweet in strings. :D

Yeah. Infinities are clipper set butterflies. So it'd be clipper > opp butterfly > opp butterfly > opp butterfly and so on. That's the infinity drill. Not only does it do the infinity sign around your leg in essence but when you get good at them, you can do them forever and ever amen.

Good luck on the pixie stuff. They're fun. I'm just getting into them since my stepping set has left me.

clipper > ss pickup > pixie > pixie ss clipper (rpt)
Woohoo hit it... only twice through though, but at least that means everything was BSOS. I'd never tried ss pickups before, they felt pretty cool.

The next time you're in a shred circle, hold on to one leg behind you and only kick the bag with flying insides. See if you guys can get a HACK!

or this:
outside kick, spin, same outside kick, spin, same outside kick. .. and so on. See how many you can do. They're fuuun. Don't do them in a small space or at a wedding or something. . . You may hurt yourself or others.

I called this the pyramid drill

legover>legover>pickup>pickup>clip>far legover>ss clip>far legover>ss clip>near legover>op clip>near legover>op clip>near pickup>op clip>near pickup>op clip>far pickup>ss clip>far pickup

Pretty much work through everything on both sides,

BTW by near, I mean ss

and also worship these drills

mirage>legover rpt
illusion>pickup rpt

I'll have to try that crazy long drill, and mirage>legover rpt is a great drill, I love that one, I usually try and work it into runs too.

osis > far legover (rpt.)
osis > far pickup (rpt.)

I can't do these too well. I should take my own challenge and practice. Sorry if you can already do them. I know osis is your friend now. You may have them dialed.

Yeah there are so many stylee things you can do from an osis and I found out that far legovers looked really good strung after the all mighty osis by Tom Mosher when I kicked with him (first and only time unfortunately). . He did those a lot in his strings and I was indeed impressed. So I've skooled those ever since every now and then. Luck to you.

Yep so I've hit everything in here and way more. Just wanted to get some new chalanges. I'm guiltless now hitting a majority of fours probably but not tripless yet. I can also hit like 7 or so 5's.
