Nils arrived at 10.00. We shreded together about 2 h. Nils hit some good stuff: clipper>clipper, atw>mirage>clipper,

he has to practise much more, then he'll get these clippers better...

that was cool, i figgured out a new combo: dimwalk>sidewalk>crispy barrage>legbeater>schmoe>phoenix

soon i will do after phoenix: blur>atom smasher

oh... today it was very hard. Nils, silvan and i shreded 3h.... oh my god!!

Nils hit some new combos: mirage>toe delay>toe delay>mirage>toe delay>clipper>toe delay>atw
toe delay>atw>toe delay>atw>toe delay
i think nils is going to be good, he improved very well. i mean, now he can hit clipper on both sides. and ss. mirage (left) he hit today for the first time.

i didn't hit any new combos. i improved my left pixie... i'm a flipsider (in pixie), but i think if i play a lot, the left pixie will get lot better. some driftercombo i made and mh... repeated my swirls....
ah, i hit doulbe-over-down (i hit it a few month ago, maybe 3month), but i've never made it again, i dont know why but its a fat move!

silvan should play more footbag. thats the only thing i have to say. he must practise, practise, practise

suddenly silvan went to bed, while nils and i were making our SICK 3 Comp.
Nils tried: leg-over>mirage>atw (but between he made some toe-delays, so its a newbie-sick 03)
and i tried an easy one which i hit: parkwalk>drifter (is it a paradox-drifter?)>whirl

at the end of our 3h shred-session we just kicked in circle. i made a new inside-kick-(record): 212 Kicks, thats good because i've never tried to do a record (is the real word: record?, i dont know..

, should clean up my english)

silvan, nils and i were playing about 2h. a friend (Nick) of silvan saw, how good we played, and then he just wanted to play with us. it was cool, nick suddenly hit some outside kicks,atw and nearly a butterfly (butterfly kick/delay)
maybe Nick has to come to our club...

nils hit 5 clippers betwenn doing his toe-delays.
i nearly hit vortex. and i tried to make ripstein agian, but i just tried it for 20 times and it didnt work

oh, that was awesome! pascal, silvan, me, and one of these guys of ruswil came down for a shred...!! the new shredder is called: manuel . he's very good i think. he hit some clippers, atws, toe-delays, mirages, ss mirage, pendulum, nearly; leg-over...

and he never played footbag...

as we see, manuel's got talent...
with some trainings he'll get lot better.

i tried to do: blurry drifter, smok, spinning osis, gyro, vortex, torque stuff like that, but it dindnt really work

pascal said, that he just wants to do trick he likes... so i asked him, if he like pixie, and he said, no i dont like pixie but vortex sounds great...

so he tried vortex... but it dindnt work at the end

and silvan hit pixie>reverse mirage (whats the name of this trick?)

my brother and i went to lausanne for a shred. it took 2h 20 min with train to travel. we arrived at 1 pm. but the training started at 2 pm, so we went with David (a player from lausanne) to some shops to buy things for him. after this little shoppingtour we walked to the gym. i thought there will be more players but there wernt many! c'était domage!
there were just: david, noemi, the crazy music maker with his drums, 4 "newbies" but they were really good, my brother and me.

but it was cool to shred with some other people.

at 6 pm we went home with train. thats all.

after work i took the bus home..
its a new guy (i already told bout him) and now, his a real Free Hacky Stlye Member!!! He paid his Newbie-fees (or whats the real word?, i mean if we're getting new mebers, they have to pay money (very very cheap): its because then the members dont come, and left our club. ok?)

he doesnt have any lavers.. so he took my brothers one. things he hit today: 3x atw, 3x mirage, and some clippers (not clean)

by the way; today i got a letter from the village-mayor (or how should i call him??) and he wrote things bout coming togheter (each sport club) for having fun and meeting other people... crazy things....

today i woke up at 8 am. i wanted to go to lucerne. it was 9 am when i arrived. first, i went to a clothes shop. then to a book-shop, and at least i went to a CD-shop. i bought cds of: Gentleman (reggae), gapband (some funk stuff), manau (français-hip-hop), and a 4cd Swing music cd. great to shred with...

i walked home from the train-station cause there wasnt a bus!!

back home at 11 am.

nils wanted to shred with me, he said at the phone. so he came down at 1 pm and we shredded about 2 hours. nils hit some good stuff: atw BOTH SIDES, and he tried to make a sick 3 --> mirage>atw>legover.
i hit also good stuff: spinning osis, ducking sessions, spinning stuff^.
suddenly silvan, my brother, arrived from his snowboard trip in the mountains. he's been there for one week.

silvan picked up a bag and began to shred with us, it was cool. but he was a bit tired, cause of this trip.

while we were playing, suddenly the idea came up, that we should "model" up our shred room. it was to tight, so we put the furniture out, and cleaned up the floor. we put our dj-table on the other side of the room, so we had more space for shred!! what a cool idea

at 6pm pascal, manuel, nick came down, so we were 6 right now...
1. we made a circle kick
2. circle shred: but it was just a warm up, and nils, i, and silvan were a bit tired because of the shred at 1 am
3. 4-square: we had lot to laugh.. it was sooo funny...
then manuel,nick, and nils went home. silvan took a shower and at least there were just me and pascal.

we had very nice combos. pascal hit stuff like: torque>ripwalk>ripwalk>dyno>torque>drop

he hit ripwalk>ripwalk for the first time!

and i figgured out some crazy stuff:
some peter irish stuff: spinning, dlo, and stuff like that
and i had a long session with symp. moves in it. i wanted to try a cool style; just shred with one leg.. allan hagget can shred like that... thats soo cool...

so, now its quarter to ten and im tired and thats all i have to say!!
