That was a sick jam at the GLASS/chan spot today.

This is giving me so much confidence for GLASS!

Adam and Camille took care of sooo much stuff today while I napped, good work guys.

 TOM! I can't believe you... napping... :P

Anyway, yeah it was an ok sesh... but I know this weekend will be better :D

Greenwood took me to the bar last night, quite an interesting place. I think that shredders will be satisfied with the prices...

I updated the first post, some new info in there like details on the new Saturday night party spot and the Sunday morning breakfast restaurant. However, the map is not updated. The #5 star should actually be on the North side of College St. now (directly across Bathurst St. from the church). And the breakfast place isn't on the map yet, but it's on College St. between Spadina Ave. and St. George St.

If you print that post now, it still all fits on pages 1-7, except for the little message at the end which isn't at all important...

I suggest you check here for any updates before leaving for Toronto.

Only 5 days left!!! :)

my roommate paul can't afford to pay for much, so he needs to take up one of those crash space offers. he doesn't need much, he might want to take a shower, but that's about it. does anyone have room?

OK, UPDATE:

If you are staying at the hostel, they only provide the beds with pillows and sheets. So bring a sleeping bag or blanket!!! I'd also bring a pillowcase (just in case  ).

Also, because so many people dropped out, the rate is now $20 a night per person. Only a toonie difference, no biggie.

OK?

Other than that everything seems good to go!

Man, if I didn't have a quiz tomorrow morning i swear to god I would just hitch-hike to GLASS right now. I'd go shred downtown until you guys showed up tomorrow...

I've washed my shoes and bag, packed my shorts and sleeping bag, and called the tattoo place and booked an appointment for saturday at noon (when they open). Oh man, what a weekend this is going to be...

LOL, you're getting a tattoo this weekend?! That's fucking hilarious! I was thinking of going to get my tattoo on Sunday after we shred!!! hahahahahahahahahahaha...

What tattoo shop are you going to? Where on your body are you getting it and what exactly are you getting?

And MOST importantly, what is the meaning behind the tattoo? :P

Getting a tattoo before shredding isn't the greatest idea :?

Wait a second.........who gives a fuck about tattoos right now?! It's Friday and I'll be seeing you all in 8 HOURS!!!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I'm gonna go to Sal's Tattoo Barbershop (because it's close to kensington and because its a TATTOO BARBERSHOP!!!). It's going to be on my chest, its' giong to be a bird, and it symbolizes freedom, along with about a million other things.

I figured it's not going to be too bad for shredding... when i sweat it'll burn, but i can deal with that. It won't be any worse than shaving right before i shred (shit, i'm never going to do that again...).

AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! FOUR HOURS TILL I LEAVE, SEVEN HOURS TILL I"M IN TORONTO!!!!!!! GLAASSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad idea. There are two things that you should be carful of.

1) Sweating into an open wound.
2) Collecting the ink and sweating it out of your pores.

I wouldn't advise it. But it's your call.
(I am a tattoo artist and enthusiest, but people will tell you different things no matter where you go.)
