Yeah me too. :(

Freestyle tommorow, I feel GREAT and PUMPED, I got a new job, lotso cash and dough will be rollin' on in!!

I HATE looking for a job. Having to go through the whole fake-smile-hihowareyoucanispeakwiththemanagerplease?-fakesmilefromotherperson-nohestoobusycomebacksomeothertimeorleavemeyourresume(imgoingtoflushitdownthetoilet)-memorefakesmiles-okhereitis process, its really annoying and discouraging when you spend like 17 bitrillion hours looking for a job and noone calls back.

So FUCK them for not having hired me :D Time to hit some TOUR-NA-MENTS soon!!!! Im so exicited, and I just cant fight it.

The only reason I have a job right now is because my brother recommended me for a position that no one else applied for. How good does that sound, eh? :?

NDA sessions aren't very handy, marc (sayer) finishes school real late on mondays and thursdays....and as do i, so by the time we get home, its around 6 ish... we end up meeting at the metro by 7 and getting to NDA by 7 40... getting to NDA in that tiny room that's really smelly with little kids playing guns in the corner and the stupid floor with damp brown-paper-towels everywhere and a floor that really exentuates nicks obsurdly loud stompings and paying money, just isn't as appealling as going to the cegep on any night of the week that we choose. and since you nick, and james don't need that much notice for a shred invite, we just call you like the night of or something and then decide to go.... so yeah, that's just so much more appealing to go the cegep then NDA especially because i don't think anyones ever going to be there.
everyone should go to the cegep (if we are all allowed), and let each other know when they want to go.

I have a magical little tool now, called a bus pass, and can now shred WHENEVER I want!

NDA sucks, but I have no choice. Where else can I go? James is at school all the time, and in any case, I can never get a hold of him.

Claudia you dont really play much, and Marc.. I dont know about Marc :D hes shiftier then quicksand. Kolo plays with himself :D Eli has disapeared into lala land, doing school and stuff, Caro plays but not too often, Mathieu is in Africa, Marc Giard lives in Laval, I dont know how to contact Yax, nor Seb.

I NEED TO HOOK UP WITH YOU AND MARC THOUGH for the Jam, I want to be on the ball for this sort of thing. Im really pumped, and I want to make it cool, plus there is a possibility of a SECRET GUEST coming down for the Jam!!!

Its going to be the bomb, im really confident we could do an AMAZING tourney. I've got Bob Reifers guide right now, and I'm going to contact some people who've already ran some for some advice too, and I want to get to work on it as soon as possible. UQAM would be a good choice, we could use the residencies there, and maybe rent the theatre? Or the gym? Anything is open right now. I think May 7-8 would be the best dates possible, so that there is a chance we get to play outside too.

Oh and I shredded at NDA yesterday with Caro. Was fun until people took our stereo away, and then the kids showed up  God Damnit i get so upset when they show up. Their parents should have them attached to a leash.

Id like to play today if possible, or go part-ehing if possible, I have a bit of $$$, and im TIRED of sitting at home making music. I've been only doing that for days and days now with almost no outside contact. Help mmeeeeeeeee. Call meeeeeeeeeeee

those kids are so anoying i remember it like it was yesterday!
i can play inside only.. playing outside is suicide.. i tried and i burned my face and literaly melted apart in 5 minutes.. the heat is not meant for such great activities like footbag.. well not here i guess
As for the stereo what hapened we always had it didnt we.. you guys should grab an mp3 player and some speakers like i use :D
Hope everyone gathers up in montreal.. i find it so sad to see it split up like that while im away.. it gives me bad feelings about how it can turn out when i return..
Everyone needs to gather up!
I already gave Kolo a notice to know how everyone is going to gather for euro/worlds.. Im leaving africa july 2nd (Date can change...) and want to know where and when I can meet the crew.. Im waiting for Caro to give kolo instructions since she will probably be our guide !

Once again I hope the montreal scene fixes itself!

And please.. Have some poutine for me there is none here!

RRAUGHGGH Im bored, why can't anybody be home so I can finally go party or something? Im SICK to DEATH of sitting at home writing music and doing nothing.

I hate the feeling of just sitting like a potatoe all day being lazy, I wanna DO stuff, like freestyle, or anything. At least I have stuff to do in the incoming weeks:

1) Getting a small demo ready for this cool local producers thing happening a club downtown, ill get my music played to about 500+ people! 8O Im excited for that..

2) Prepare and plan for the Montreal Jam!!! I need to talk with people though, the volunteers, so call me!!!!! im freeeeeeee

And thats it.. I so wanna go out, freestyle then party.. I have a burning itch to practice my nuclears, and do reverse hop-overing inside-legover > hopover swirl. My lavers now have holes at the bottom, near my big toes. Boo hoo. I cant wait to start having some cash flow!

Thats about it. If you are in Montreal and bored tonight, call MEEEE

ive hit a new move today
SMEAR super clean and sealed!
I`m really excited about it, I`m pretty confident I can also hit it on flipside! Needs more training tough but I`m really happy
I also started to do outside set sailing but I can;t link anything on it, its bailed to toe!
I`ve managed to do like 6 clippers back to back and 17 consecutive legovers

The session was great! I had a great time, and played amazingly! I felt SOOO ON it wasn`t even funny.

I hit a host of new combos+moves: Flaming Tard (my flip step normally prevents me from stuff like that), SWIRLING TWIRL. I also came super-dooper close to whirring swirl.

In terms of combos, I hit some fun combos that are pretty hard, like pdx blender > vortex, spinning whirl > fog, void > royale, and really long genuine toe shuffle, and long genuine strings almost all the time. By long I mean 15-20, but those are good strings packed with hard 4's and 5's, and all genuine with lots of flip this and flop that. Almost tomahawk bsos, and I never tried that move before.. even though I have hit mullet, which I find much easier!

James played really well too, his strings are getting longer, and he is putting in more and more 5's into his strings. Completely flipsided, he is going to be very good soon, as opposed to just good!

Next shred is... tonight! But at the NDA, which noone bothers showing up to, so im not going, plus my legs hurt from the intense session yesterday. So ill try and do something either tuesday or wednesday!

Later everyone!

EDIT: I wrote Swirling Zig-zag... big mistake, I meant either Zig-Zag osis, or swirling twirl..

Yo, it seems like everything is falling into place now. I've been playing sooo good. Like today I hit fusion>torque, blurriest bsos, a couple 15+ contact strings (all genuine), scorpion's tail pretty easy, stepping out of blurry whirls, close to blurry drifter>blurry whirl then hopefully rpt.

will update more often mah peeps.

These sessions at the NDA seem almost imaginary, everyone seems to know they happen, but no one bothers to acknowledge anything further. :?

Also, Wet Dream is a WAY better name than Flaming Tard, and not...subtly offensive.

James rocks the universe. :)
Nick is a close second. ;)

Just finished up a little session tonight, it went pretty well, I felt good, not quite on fire, but good.

New moves! Wow, multiple new moves in one night! Tapping Eggbeater, Spinning pdx flail bs.. not huge, but nice solid ones. its very rare for me to hit 2 new moves in one session, I learn them slower then Jaques Villeneuve drives.

Combos were strong all night, every run must have had at least 4-5 unique 5's, with lots of hard 4's all over the place. Not many sixes, if any tonight, but whatever, its the links that count. Blender x 5.

James was playing pretty good too, he also hit some strong links, like pixie paradon > blurry whirl > mobidrop, and things like that. Both quantums looked good tonight, as did his torques.. and I'm jealous of his barfly control! Damn I want to hit them as easy as James does, because its cooooooool!!!!

IM COOOOOOOOL TOOOO!!!! 8) 8O

Yeah.

Hey yo word mah brothuhs!
I almost hit blurriest>blurry drifter last night too!
Thanks Kevin, can't wait till me and nick bring the house down in edmonton! We are gonna ROCK IT and shred like maniacs I guarantee!

Hey mathieu props on all the new stuff you've been hitting recently!

It's funny, the only Montrealers I play with on a regular basis are Nick, Marc and Claudia, with the occasional Kolo. The only reason I'd go to NDA is to play with more people like Seb and Yax, but last time we went no one came. 90% of the time I play, it's by myself. That's the only way to get good. I'm going to call Yax tonight to hook up a two man session with him, I haven't played with him since BEFORE worlds, and we both live in Montreal. I also need to play with Seb more often, but I don't know when he's free or his phone number.
The cegep is a great place to play, anyone who wants to come just friggin' call me or pm me!
Speaking of which, I need to have my session today, anyone coming?

Session!!! It was really cool, it was me, Marc, and James.. Tuukuu didn't show up

We TORE it up, I did anyways, with an assortment of finely-executred tricks and combos, like sunil walk > whirlwind, fairy drifter > grifter > pdx torque > pdx blender, and other things I can't remember. Lots of long runs in a row, which is always a plus. I feel on top of my game!!!

James played good for the first half, but got tired and frustrated during the second half, but whatever, it was good in any case.

Marc played VERY good, considering he hadn't played in 2 weeks, hitting stuff like tapping dlo, paradon swirl, pigbeater!! His clippers need some more work, though they have been improving lately.

After that we all went and had a big-ass plate of general tao chicken, mixed with chow mein and beef with sesame seeds.. SOOO good!!!

Until next time..
