Gyro

Gyro
CLIP > BACKSPIN [BOD] >> SAME

I searched the section to find some stuff about this topic but the only thing was about gyro dlo- I guess that is a way too hard for me up to now.

I started with gyro mirage which i hit for the first time today, but i didn't feel comfortable with the set.

So do you have some tips for the gyro concept and which order of tricks do you propose ?

Thanks in advance!

2 things to get gyro.
1 support leg pivot
2 head turns first, while bag is on foot, then shoulders, as set happens, then waist, when the bag is about butt height. Its all about practice, gyro mirage is JUST AS EASY as pdx miarge with some work.

order (approximate):
gyro clipper, gyro mirage, gyro leg over, gyro butterfly, gyro dlo, vortex, mobius.

Also important for learning gyro clipper (the first move to learn, along with gyro-style spinning clipper (like Felix does them) ) -

When you spin, pay attention to your feet before and after. Each foot begins and ends in the same column of space, just in different positions. This is MUCH easier to describe in person, but it's very helpful to build confidence on gyro moves. Watch people like Ricky and Felix's feet before and after gyro clippers to see what I mean.

What is the definition of Gyro ?
I am very confused to do another trick than gyro mirage because here it is quite clear which leg must be used to stall the bag.

how does this work for gyro clipper - which leg stalls the bag?

Moreover does your body stay in the same position because the bag often hits my butt?!? Should I set lower or jump a little bit sidewards when doing the gyro turn?

thanks
