I remember when we had like 5 topics at once going on smoking during that one week... we had post your pipes, does it affect your game, a poll, does it bother you that footbaggers do, and then 2 in the discussion arguing about it... or something like that, I thought it was pretty funny. If I remember from the poll that we had a while ago it was around 50% of footbaggers smoke it at least sometimes... me not being one of them. :D

I think you'll find that about the same percentage of footbag players smoke weed as the percentage of non-footbag players of the same demographic.

I find that Ginsing really gives me an energy boost when I need it. Also if I have any sweat rash or anything similar from long sessions - I put paw paw on it - although that's not a herb. Aloa Vera is good for sun burn too.

Aloe is magic! I take it backpacking (I can't stand sunscreen) and it makes even the nastiest sunburn go away. Lobelia and garlic oils are great topical anesthetics, Tiger Balm is nice for a stuffy nose. Herbals are great! especially for those with no health care and no money.

Good topic.

When im 18 im moving somewhere either out of the country, or to the pacific coast. Cali seems like a good democratic state, so stay put. There is also a great shred scene. California, in 3 years I will be deep inside your bowels.

Yeah tiger balm rocks!! Just if you put it on your legs - then be careful - because it can on the edge of your shorts and then when you're doing atomics your shorts get pulled up at bit and it can be carried higher than you think... :?

I use green tea as a coffee replacement when I need a little buzz without the cloudy effects a pot of coffee has.

yeah, most peopel don't know that tea has almost as much (or more in some cases) caffeine than coffe.

not only that, but the darker the roast, the less caffeine is in it (or so i hear).

what a strange and wonderful world we live in.

tiger balm was the stuff to have at GLASS this weekend, kept all our legs fresh feeling and smelling good. I definitely keep it off my upper thighs, though.

Recently, I had mono pretty bad, and around week 3 or 4, I started taking extract of astragalus. I think I was getting close to recovery as it was, but I also feel that taking this herb sped things up for me quite a bit. I was feeling much better after a few days of a high dose.

another favorite herbal remedy for me is eucalyptus oil for congestion in the nose and lungs. you drop some in boiling water and put a towel over your head and the pot, and make a little vapor tent, and it clears up your nose, and gets in your lungs and grabs hold of the stuff in there and yanks it out for you. good stuff...
BRICK!
