downtime Legbeater?

Post by Ners »

Hello everyone, I've hit a downtime Legbeater and the Pixie version of it today. I'm wondering if this is new, and if it's not, how is it called :) . I have never seen this trick performed so I'm curious. I think it's a nice downtime move, and could be more widely used :D

I perform the dex leggy, like in Eggbeater but after the first dex I bail to Butterfly.

Any thoughts?

It is like a da da curve with the first dex reversed. I've hit this when I was trying (and unable) to hit grifter.

Hmm... Sounds interesting. Could we get video? It sounds like a grifter with an extra op dex, or a dada curve with the first dex reversed. Crazy... Is it tough to not slur the butterfly? And do you perform a symple butterfly?

*Edit* Haha mike same thought same time

I think I could pull the Butterfly a little bit, I would have to make a video to be 100% shure. I'll try to do that. Anyway, I'm shure that it's possible to hit legit.

Ben and I were trying to hit the blurry version of this last friday. We were just kinda joking around. I've hit the regular downtime version. I'de say it feels like the dada curve with the first dex reversed.

Yeah, that's funny that Ben and Rory were just trying that recently.

I think it feels a lot like a dada curve with the first dex reversed. :)

Something like this? maybe cleaner though?

Watching it on replay, it almost looks like a butterfly reverse swirl, but with the swirl in front of the body and before the butterfly.

I've hit the downtime version complete with the plant, it felt nothing like a dada curve.

i've hit those as well as the atomic version awhile back.

I think Chan posted that he hit this something like a year ago.
