are these adidas shoes ok. i have alteady got a pair but i dont know if they are any good.

not so good for footbag. They are made from a material that is not to 'giving' meaning the footbag will likely hit the shoe and bounce off. Shoes that are made out of mesh or canvas are much better for stalling> You will be able to footbag in these superstars, but you will be MUUUUCH better in a footbag shoe such as adidas rod lavers (mesh).
