so i picked up a footbag for the first time in just about 3 months or so, i managed to hit phoenix and pixie whirl for the first time, these were barefoot, and i was about a two minute session, just walked downstairs and caught a glance of the old fred bag

I guess that is impressive, but in three months you don't lose everything. You may be a bit rusty, but after I was injured for almost three months, the first session back I hit a few 20+ guiltless runs and some long tripless combos. Whatever 5s I had at the time I still retained. Why has it been so long since you picked up a footbag... injury?

I think it doesn't matter how long you've been off. Sure you may be REALLY rusty and outta practice, but I think if you practice all your stuff again, you'll be back in action. Plus, whatever you can do once, you can do twice (unless it's like...dying

Whoa! Thats pretty good. I just getting back from a injury and I'm having a really hard time shredding again. Just wondering: Why has it been so long since you played? Did you just get bored of it or were you injured?
