last session I hit phoenix>paradox torque. I also had blurry whirl>tomahawk barely roll off, plus I almost had pixie paradon>fog... next time!

I think red and noah are coming down to shred. Can't wait.

Hah Red Husted, Noah Jay-Bonn, and Andrew McCarger are coming to Eugene to visit us today! I actually am getting off of work early so I don't have to sit at work and wait all day to shred. This Jam should prove to be epic... I've been hearing that Noah is insane lately and I haven't gotten the chance to shred with him since before my injury. I'll try to take some video of the shred and post it.

If I wasn't so hungover I would probably write more about the jam. Andrew bailed out at the last minute, but Red and Noah came down. The weather actually cooperated for us it was so weird. It had been raining all morning and then we went out to shred and it started to rain sort of, and then switched to clear skys for the 3+ hours we shredded outside. The battery in my camera was not holding a charge for some reason so we didn't film. Lots of great stuff was hit, and man did we have crowds watching us. We had are picture taken several times, and one guy had a professinal camera and he said my legs we too fast for even 1/3000 of a second shutter speed. haha. Red forgot to film too and he said we are going to have to call this "the lost session."

Then a campus television video crew came out and filmed us and introduced us as the Eugene Footbag club. haha. Some girl came up and asked for our number for footbag instruction and Nate gave her his. Nate was laying the mac down a bit that day, it was pretty tight. He was talking to the video crew lady for a while too

Noah spent most of his time watching the ladies going by when he wasn't shredding.

We had another session as well in Nates basement. Went really well. Nate hit his first whirlwind. I hit my first flipside sumo. and Noah gave me some tips on my nuclear sets to make them badass and easy. I can't think because Noah and me and Nate drank a bunch and were dehydrated. We were all drinking and shredding in the second session so that was fun. Now I think I am permanantly hungover for the day and my legs are wicked tired. All and all I think it was really fun. Red and noah are hillarious and are always ripping on each other, its fun to watch those guys go back and forth.

Lots of freestyle videos were watched and I think we stayed up until 2 or 3am until we passed out. Then we all had to go to work the next morning

And Aaron, I am sure they will be coming down again. We will try to make it more regular, because I think we are going to start calling ourselves the northwest freestyle club or something of that nature. Ok maybe I will write more later, but I have to get back to work and I have a headache. Ibuprofen here I come.

Finally done with my mid-terms... kicked ass. Feb. is going to be a sick ass crazy month for me. Torch is coming to town, Aaron is coming back from the marines, another shred with noah and red, and then its off to CSS! Doesn't get any more complete then that. Top it off with the fact that I am at the top of my game and progressing well with no injury and I have the making of the best month ever! I AM STOKED!!!!!!!

that is one sick ass month Jimmy Jamma, you are o so lucky to be able to shred with so many sick ass shredz.

Oh yeah baby what a sweet day!!

I felt so great and positive today I could hardly contain myself. Nate was on today too and the energy was just great. Before the shred the vibe wasn't spectacular(nate just woke up and I just got off work), but the second we started shredding I knew some good shit would be hit.

So I hit some new links today like pdrifter>ripwalk. I've hit drifter>ripwalk bsos a couple times, but pdrifter to ripwalk is like

for me.
Then I was trying for mobius and hit it both sides. Then I tried a run and hit a few 4s and 3s and then busted mobius and kept going and some more 3s and tried flip mobius and it was pretty close! Also tried for tomahawk bsos and was fairly close. So fun... Almost had ripwalk>ripwalk>barfly bsos but messed up the flip barfly. Smoke felt like a joke and I could hit it with ease.

Ok... so that was all cool and shit, but I hit THREE NEW 5s!!!!!!!

My spinning ducking felt pretty good to.... UH I love footbag and I can't wait to get even better.. I feel like I am progressing at a really fast rate lately. Soon I will be hitting LOTS of 5s in my runs. My good runs are already 25-30+ contacts with a shitload of 4s, so if I could up the 5s ratio to around 5 or 6 I would be soooo happy.

Well basically I am stoked and I can't wait to shred next time and break some more ground.

Great day yesterday also. I think I am going to take today off though because my legs are sore. I hit two new fives yesterday.
Frantic Butterfly, and Witchdoctor. Had predator off the foot oh so many times.

I am really starting to get comfortable with mobius. PS whirl is going to be a joke soon, I am still not catching it very well, but I will be soon since I tried like 50 of them mid run last session. They feel better mid run I think. I hit flip mobius mid run. I don't think I have ever done that before. I also hit both paradox torques mid run, and also strong pixie paradon mid. Tried for tomahawk bsos and was close. I guess thats about it... I was doing a fair amount of nuclear moves too but now I want to hit 69. It looks hard... real hard.

Torch is coming soooonn.. YES! I can't wait to shred with him on Friday, thats going to be awesome. Hey isn't everyone at GLASS right now? Bah I hope people put video out of that right away, sounds like a fun time.

Aaron is back in the states!!! Woot!

He called me during me and nates shred session. Haha he was like I'll let you get back to shredding so you can call me and tell me what you hit! Haha aaron is such a cool guy I can't wait till Feb 19.

Hit a new 5>5 today now that I can hit PS whirl. (flip)Phoenix>PS Whirl. I know.. lame! But I did have pixie clipper>matador>ps whirl on my foot. I will get some sweet combos with ps whirl soon. Had a good shuffle run w/ matador in the middle. Nuclear set felt great until the end of the session where it sucked. Tried a few whirly gigs and mullets and was not too far off.
Other stuff was hit but who cares

Well that is enough posting.... Now to go and live life and soak up this incredible month that is about to unfold.

Holy shit how fun was that!? Red and Noah didn't make it down because something last minute came up, but they are coming on monday and we will shred one more time with ahren. I'll try to get some more footage.

So Ahren is a super chill guy. I had a blast hanging with him and playing mario kart... haha he kicked my ass on most of em. It was fun listening to his stories of how he started and what was what back then and how it has progressed. I don't even know what to write here because I am too happy.

Nate and I stayed up forever putting that video together last night. Ahh we had to cut so much footage because lots of good stuff was hit all day, but we didn't want to put out a 20 minute video that was too big to download. I hope you all liked it, we didn't want to spend too much time with editing so we could get the footage out quickly.

I am starting to get PUMPED for CSS. Aaron Orton is coming home soon! This is just going to be the greatest footbag month that ever was.

I love footbag and bacon. Ooh bacon, I think I am going to make some right now.

What do you think I have been doing for the last 2 hours? Adobe Premiere wont export to wmv, so I have been trying to get a converter. I think I found one that works, although the size it a bit large. Anyway I want everyone to be able to watch this video if they want, so I will post it as soon as it finishes uploading... which is in like 5 minutes.

Well leaving work early to go shred with torch and nate again. Leaving in about 5 minutes. Red called me at 8am this morning to tell me that it turned out he was too busy again to make it down. Oh well, it is valentines day after all, and I know he has a lady to attend to. Speaking of which I won't be able to shred for too long... gotta take care of my girlfriend. Hehe she always says I have two girlfriends, her and footbag. I guess she's right

Well the last week has been truly inspirational, I didn't know this was possible, but I am actually more into fotbag than I ever was before. In some ways I wish I was closer to the whole footbag community though. I really can't make it out to the east coast where the majority of up an coming freestylers in america/canada are, but oh well. I hope to meet some new people at CSS, because it is really fun to see a new freestyler in person.

I'm really trying to step my game up lately (as usual) and it seems to be working. I finally hit rubberman for the first time in front of torch. That was pretty sweet because I have wanted to hit that for a while. I've been getting more 5s links under my belt and I am really trying to school 5s individually so that they will be sort of easy.

Oh yeah, during warm up yesterday I sealed ripwalk>blur>pixie torque into a run. Also hit smog>pixie torque later that day. That was cool, I should throw that move more often.

yuck kid rock just came on the radio... I hate kid rock.
