Fundamental 2004

Post by Chris Holden »

Time to bring back a couple of lists, enjoy! Crits are welcome, but this is mostly to help new players.

Fundamental 2004

This is a list of freestlye footbage tricks/moves designed for shred. It is based on the original fundamentals list from footbag dot org, and modified over the last few years based on competition winning shreds and routines. It is not required that anyone learn all of these moves, but with them, a player can hit almost anything.

This is a great list.
I remember when i was first watching Tricks of the Trade 1 I made a list of all the moves on that video. I schooled and schooled until i could hit every trick on that list.
This is a better list. Every player should make it their goal of being able to hit every trick on this list. Granted there isn't video demonstration for all the moves but its all out there and a great start. Have fun schooling all these moves!!!

There easily could be! I'm sure all these moves, minus a few were hit at yesterday's session. I could get videos of them all, and now, I think I will! :)

*Bump* This was a good start. Is Chris gone? Could someone else take this up, or maybe we could add it as a feature on Spadricks resource site?

it's good to have a short list that's easily accessible. Some lists are just way too long because everyone keeps adding moves and pretty soon you have the move list from footbag.org and then some. nice job bringing back the list

2005 update

Post by Chris Holden »

The update is in the works. I'm putting a lot of work into making it as comprehensive and condensed as possible to be the most affective, short list. Spinning Clipper is definately in, as well as a couple other spinning moves. All of the original moves from the footbag dot org list will be there, and the biggest additions are in the five adds section (original only have two 5s). Anyway, I'll have something soon. :)
