There are a bazillion of these threads.

The shoes you should look for (that have been listed in every single other thread identical to this) are:
- mesh rod laver
- leather rod laver
- new balance ct 520
- new balance ct 300
- there are a several climacool models that are appropriate for shred, though MOST are not.
