I just started kicking again so im a newb

The only footbags i have are

Mr sandbag 4 panel (black and white)
Dirtbag 8 panel (blue and black)

Well i can only hit the footbag about 4 times on average im not good, at all. YET!.

Im trying to get m Mom to add in 8 dollars so i can buy a Abshire mini.

But yeah i have been kicking the foot bag around for about 3 hours today. I ammmm soooooooooo sore. I am also sooooo addicted. I told myself that i wasint gonna kick the rest of today :? . Guess what i did.

Is the Abshire mini a good choice?

Abshire mini a good bag but not the right choice for somebody at your level. Go for the regualar sized one AFTER you buy lavers. :)

Welcome to freestyle footbag. Who or whereever you found out about footbag from, you should kiss or hug or whatever. Because footbag is amazing!

Thank fate or whatever a million times over, you are soooo lucky to love footbag.

Here are the three most important things in footbag (in my opinion)
1) HAVE FUN
2) Both sides
3) Determination

Enjoy the ride man, it's pretty fucked up.

Put a 4th on there, and make it Contact length... And put it before both sides

ironically, this is Brandon's blog, but it's looking more like a General Discussion thread...

anyways, it's neat you decided to start out a blog now. Which is agood choice I can't wait to see you start getting better and better......unlike me...
:|

anyways, about the bags, I'd seriously reccomend just get lavers instead of an abshire mini. Your sands are great for you at this time for schooling all basics.....that what I did........and having shoes that are great for shred is just as important as having a footbag that's shreddable. and you have the footbag part. just get the shoes part now....anyways, that's about all I can say ...BTW, you're still new but what things can you hit as of now?

dude forget the soreness. It goes away eventually if you play everyday. It may hurt like hell for a week or two but..it kinda feels good  .
Also when you hit something new the pain goes away for a second or two.

Make sure you tell us what you hit.

yeah isn't that called 'new trick high?' I get that sometimes...sweet...

anyways, brandon, you must know that an abshire is not like a pac-sun bag that can easily take anything.......be careful with what you hit on your abshire......hope all goes well....and just learn even more on your Mr. Sanadbags...

if you stretch after your sessions you should eliminate some soreness.
