Try this:
Sidewalk > Stepping SS Clipper > Drifter > repeat
DLO > pixie legover > repeat
Spinning Clipper > Ducking Clipper > repeat

yeah, using both sides, and dont start with far legover, start with clip

Henry!

Next time you come down to LV I want you to show me up, so...

if your knee still doesn't hurt try:

whirl < ducking clip < repeat
whirl < ripwalk < repeat
whirl < op butterfly < repeat
whirl < osis < repeat

also try:

ducking butterfly < repeat
diving butterfly < repeat
ducking clip < spinning clip < repeat
dimwalk < pdx mirage < repeat

I know you can do these. Just remember to say "I wish I could hit <insert drill here>." :D

Haha i used that for diving clip>ducking clip>repeat and then i hit it next try!


I dont think i can do the whirl drills, they ruined my knees.


I will do the whirl drills without the whirls though :wink:

Henry, you said you wanted to work double legovers, so here's my drill:

dimwalk > dlo > parkwalk > dlo rpt

Or, if you want to work them from toe set:

dlo > plo rpt
