my bad about repeat posting... it was impossible to check if it was already discussed since the modified search i did didnt turn up anything..... but at least a few new people saw it here.

I just liked this allot cause ive been tryuing to do a pedgulum handspring and there was something like that in here... i almost have it down but its really hard to keep the bag on my toe for 360 degrees of rotation and land on one foot.... i keep fallin off to one side. once i get it down ill see if i can find a camera to get a video of it.
