My apologies, but since the Net forum has gotten very little usage since it was created it will be removed in the next week and all topics will be moved into General Footbag.

Sorry to those of you who are avid Netters.

Is it hurting anyone...no, but I want to make room for another forum without making the list of forums too long. Honestly, if this forum had more use I could see keeping it around, but it has only 10 or so topics that rarely if ever get posted to.

Most of the Net topics were moves to General Footbag. The one about shoes and the one about nets were moved to Bag's and Equipment.

Who thought a net forum here was a good idea? Net is a lot more fun and it makes a lot more sense as a sport than shredding, but there really is not that much to talk about. I don't know why. Maybe it's because there are only about 15 different spikes in net, and like 2000 freestyle tricks if not more. And tricks (spikes) are what I'd mostly discuss.

Look at .org/forum, there are a lot of good net topics and some conversation in them, but who thought there are enough topics for two forums. And Modified being known as all-freestyle forum, why would you add a net forum here. Seriously, there are 2-3 mainly net players who post regularly (or irregularly like me) here. I'm actually glad you decided to remove it, because now all the conversation is where it should be, at .org.

I hope this net-replacing Health & Injuries forum gets more posts as it is a subject where there is a lot to talk about.

Frisbee is a brand name, the same way Hacky Sack is a brand name. "Flying disk" is the preferred term; so the F in frolf is now supposed to stand for flying disk. Whatever. I don't really care about it because I'm not into it (though it's cool), but a lot of people in my area are very serious about it so I was passing along what I've heard them saying.
