Hania, your style is really cool! Don't stop writing here. I really enjoy reading a really good shredita's blog. It seems like all of the good shreditas who post here keep getting upset with their game and leaving. :p

o.k I won't stop writing... although I'm still not very happy with my style. I decided to pay less attention to the style (which is not that bad, but can be much better, for example my butterflies, I hate theme)... ok, I could talk for a long time about what I hate in my game, but it makes no sense.
About todays session.
We were plaing for about 3 hours with Ners, Budzik, Olaf and few other guys. I hade really nice shred... some long combos, with lot of duckings and spinns. Yeah, I started to use more ducks, spinns and gyro!(huraaaa!!)I even hit mobius midstring. I tried vortex, I've hit it few times in the summer but today it felt more effortless to me. My flip atomic started to exist! hmm.. what else, Ners hit lot of long runs, and I think new link for him was torque>barfly.
After shred we (Ners and me) went to de super market and bought can of a
chocolate milk with sugar... mmmmmmm... I love it!

I'm so happy that's everything all right with modified again... I felt really strange when I couldn't read the forum for such a long time :?

I havn't been kicking for a while, that's because my shins hurts a little...but I thin there should be everything ok after few days off.
Last time when I was shreding (on Sunday) I was working on my flip pixi and flip atomic, both are getting better...
In fact I'm really lazy these days... and todexon is approaching quickly... there's only 17 days left!
I can't wait to meet all cool footbagers!
As I know there should be really huge Polish representation, about 15 people or so, guys from Warszawa, Szczecin, Slupsk and Wroclaw are going to show up. Poland represent!

I should prepere some routine, I've allready chosen a song... now have to start with routine. I'm really affraied to play 100% prepared routine cause I've got a feeling that I always do better when just go on the stage and play... whithout some special preparations. But my new resolution is to alwayse prepare the routine...

routine prep

Post by Mathochist »

Hi Hania!
I think it is good for you to work on a routine before you compete. That was one of the things I learned at Zocha Jam, and it helped me a lot in Paris. Even if you don't have every second choreographed (I know I didn't!), having a couple of target moves in helps you be sure you represent your entire repertoire. I just hope you get recorded so I can watch your routine like this: 8O .
My favorite trick is knowing when to pass.

hey Rob, I agree with you 100%. I know that preparing routine is very important... than you can show all your skill without forgeting half of the tricks you wanted to hit. Also, having routine trick after trick is good, cause than you can perform each trick perfectyly to the music. Anywys, I'm just a begginer with preparing routines. That's because I always tought I'm too weak and my skills are not good enough.
Even if I'm still not good enough, I decided to always have something prepared.

I had a plan to write only about good stuff here... whatever, I had awful session today. I was kicking alone... and managed to practice about 1 hour and 15 minutes... my feets hurt terribly (I don't know what's wrong :? )

I hate winter and really can't wait for outdoor shred!!

thank's Jericho... I'm gonna write huge report from todexon here... so, you'll be informed about our achievements!

Todexon is gonna be so awesome! I can't wait!
Beatrice is eager to shred with you, Hania!

Say, will you be selling bags in Prague? If so, I'd like to order one.
The one you sold to Daryl is supersweet.

huraaaaa... I'm back in the game! Today I had really awesome session!
I was kicking with Adam (13 year old boy), he's very talented but he should definitely work more on his style and some basicks... it would immprowe his style and make his progress faster, I think. But he's only 13 so maybe he's not patient enough... I don't know.

We usually paly without musick at this gym.. and today we had a little surprise, cause some guys were plaing on drums at our spot! it was really cool to try to fit into the rhytm of the drums. I think, it gave us lot of good energy.

It was my first good shred since one week or so. I hit lot of cool combos... my favourite one was with barraging and eggbeater midstring! I'm finally able to put 3 or 4 ducks into one string without droping it! :D
new trick for today was pixie sameside pickup, and funny link magellan>pixie same pickup.

Only 8 more days to todexon!

It's such stupid coincidence... I still can't believe... He tried to get another driving licence but they told him that he can get it on Thursday... fuck.. we don;t need it on thursday we need it on Saturday! it's stupid... Maybe I'll check some trains... (but it's much more expensive than car) ...I don't know if rest of the guys has enough money for the train. Hope we're gonna make it to Prague somehow( train, bus, hitch-hike)... keep your fingers crossed!

NOO!

I really hope you can make it!
We had the same problem, 8 people in 2 cars, but we only got one car,
we wouldn't get the other one. I just rented a car over the weekend,
which cost us 100€ total (without gasoline), which will probably be
paid out of the club's cash box.

Y'all have to come! Good luck with convincing Rafal's father!!
